Visit
Walk-ins are always welcome. Appointments are available when you’d like dedicated time for your service.
We know not everyone wants or needs an appointment. You’re still welcome to stop by during regular business hours, and we’ll help you as availability allows.
If you’d rather know that time has been set aside specifically for you, you can request an appointment online for select services.

Transfer
Services
Having an item shipped to us for transfer? We’ll take care of the receiving process and contact you when it is ready for pickup.
Please Wait for Our Ready-for-Pickup Notice
Your carrier’s tracking information may show that your package has been delivered, but that does not necessarily mean it is ready for pickup.
Once a shipment arrives, Erik needs time to receive and unpack it, verify the shipment, enter the required information into the system, and prepare it for transfer.
Please wait until Erik contacts you to let you know your transfer is ready before coming to the shop.
This gives us the time needed to process incoming shipments correctly and helps prevent unnecessary trips or waiting at the shop.
Once you’ve been notified that your transfer is ready, you’re welcome to stop in during regular business hours to pick-up your transfer.

EZ Arms does not maintain a traditional retail inventory, but we have accounts with select firearm and product manufacturers and distributors.
If you’re looking for a specific firearm, accessory, or other product, let Erik know what you’re looking for. He can check available options and determine whether it can be ordered for you.
How Special Orders Work
1. Tell Us What You’re Looking For
Contact us with the manufacturer, model, caliber, product number, or any other information you have. If you aren't sure of the exact item, Erik can help narrow down your options.
2. We’ll Check Options
Erik will check availability through the manufacturers and distributors EZ Arms works with and provide available options and pricing.
3. Confirm Your Order
If you decide to move forward, Erik will confirm the product, pricing, and order details with you before the order is placed.
4. We’ll Let You Know When It’s Ready
Once your order arrives at EZ Arms, Erik will receive, unpack, verify, and process it before it is ready for you.
Please wait until Erik contacts you before coming to pick up your order. A shipping carrier may show that an order has been delivered before it has been fully received and processed by EZ Arms.
